The compact version of the high-resolution large character ink jet printer is designed for the universal employment for non contact coding and marking of porous and non porous product surfaces with a variable character height from 2 to 48 mm. The printer can produce multiple lines of text.

The REA-JET LK SI system can apply codes and marks on a wide range of packing surfaces in a high print image quality of up to 300 dpi at a max. product speed of up to 200 m/min.

Beside applying texts, load and commission numbers, manufacture and best-before dates, universal counters and production codes the REA-JET LK SI system is able to print logos and bar codes in an outstanding print image quality.

The industrial like and service friendly REA-JET LK SI wax coding system ensures a high availability of the system with small maintenance costs. The REA-JET LK SI convinces by its compact building method and its very good cost-performance ratio.
Individual programming and adjustments to customized requirements are possible from the operator via the input terminal. Interfaces can be variable configured by the operator. The user oriented prompting of the LK SI system is in dialogue form and is easy to learn.
The fast drying coding wax used in the REA-JET LK SI is light genuine, water resistant and makes an edge-sharp coding possible on the most different materials.

The coding wax comes in pellet form and can be refilled without stopping the printing process.

The solvent-free coding wax is particularly suitable for all coding and marking needs in the food-, cosmetic- and pharmaceutical industry.
