The compact high-resolution non-contact
ink jet printer for bar codes, texts and logos
The compact version of the high-resolution large character ink jet printer
is designed for the universal employment for non contact coding and marking on absorbent surfaces
with a variable character height from 2,5 to 48 mm in piezo print head technology and in a
variable character height from 5 to 140 mm in valve print head technology.
The
REA-JET LK system can apply codes and marks on a wide range of packing surfaces in a
high print image quality. Product speeds of up to 200 m/min are possible.
Beside applying texts, load and commission numbers, manufacture and best-before dates,
universal counters and production codes the
REA-JET LK system is able to print logos and
bar codes in an outstanding print image quality.
The user oriented prompting of the
REA-JET LK system is in dialogue form and is easy to learn.
Individual programming and adjustments to customized requirements are possible from the
operator via the input terminal. Interfaces can be variable configured by the operator.
To the
REA-JET PK controller up to two print heads can be connected to at the same
time. This allows to print up to 10 lines of text (up to 5 lines per print head) in a total
character height of max. 96 mm with the piezo heads.
With the 32-Dot valve print head a 10-lined code (up to 5 lines per print head) at a character
height of up to 280 mm is possible.
Alternatively for example at the same time both sides of cardboard boxes can be coded at a print
height of 48 mm on either side with the piezo head and at a print height of 140 mm on either
side with the 32-Dot valve head.
The inks of both print head technologies used in the
REA-JET LK system are particularly suitable
for porous and absorbent product surfaces.
The ink containers for the piezo print heads can be changed during the coding procedure. For the
valve print heads there are different ink supply units available.
The industrial like and service friendly
REA-JET LK components ensure a high availability of the
system.
The modular structure of the entire system allows the simple and fast exchange of system
components on site if necessary with a minimum impact to the production cycle.
The high-resolution
REA-JET LK coding and marking system was developed for the universal
employment in the industrial environment. A comprehensive interface concept allows the
comfortable integration of the
REA-JET LK system into existing plants and EDP infrastructures.
