The inexpensive REA-JET LC coding and marking system was designed to meet the requirements in harsh ambient conditions such as dust, humidity, vibrations, large variations in temperature and aggressive substances.

The patented REA-JET LC print head technology secures a high level of system availability and ease of use with little maintenance required. Extremely fast operating print heads allow products to pass by the print head at high speed while print image quality remains excellent.

In case of need the modular design of the LC system allows to replace the modules by the operator in a matter of minutes with minimum impact to the production cycle.

The REA-JET LC coding system can be controlled by means of two different kind of controllers. One controller has a built in terminal (SGT) and one controller is connected to an external input terminal ST100 via a spiral cable. Each controller can be connected to either 7-dot or 16-dot print heads.

The REA-JET LC industrial ink jet based coding and marking system is designed to work in many varied industrial environments. Coding can take place on a large variety of substrates such as porous and non-porous surfaces at a variable print height in between 3 and 67 mm. The systems marks all sorts of products with logos, bar codes, best before dates, heat and consignment numbers, programmable counters, consecutive numerations and production data (time, date, shift). The marking can take place from above, upside down and sidewise.
